  • I am a Registered Social Worker – Clinical Specialist based in Nova Scotia. I hold a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Waterloo and BSW from St. Thomas University.

I am Parnell Institute trained in Attachment-Focused EMDR and IFS Institute trained in Level 1. I have additional and extensive IFS Parts Work training from Dr. Kendhal Hart. I participate in monthly AF-EMDR 1:1 consultation and IFS group consultation.

For skill development and grounding techniques, I draw from Trauma-Focused ACT, ACT for Depression & Anxiety, ACT for Perfectionism & People Pleasing, and CBT for Anxiety.

My professional journey has been deeply influenced by my personal interests in attachment theory, human connection, and a holistic view of our mind, body and spirit. My integrative and carefully informed approach guides me in helping others in a way that feels both genuine and relatable, while upholding high standards of care. I am committed to life long learning and annual training, ongoing consultation, and reviewing modern research.
