Offerings

Integrative Talk Therapy

  • Sessions are 50 minutes in duration. Optional extended session times.

  • Rates start at $180 per session.

  • An integrative therapy session is simply a creative and eclectic approach to trauma-informed talk therapy. The clinician integrates elements from more than one evidence-based modality; drawing from the different methods in which they are trained, ensuring a person-centered treatment plan that is carefully curated for your individual experience.

  • The clinicians at Attachment Healing Space draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT); Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT); Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT); Motivational Interviewing (MI); mindfulness and somatic principles; and expressive arts.

  • We are committed to creating a sensory-mindful therapy space and nurturing the brilliant minds of our neurodiverse clientele.

  • Vanessa and Danielle are currently accepting new individuals for integrative talk therapy.

Trauma Psychotherapy

  • Session times vary from 50 minutes (regular weekly or biweekly session) to four hours for Therapy Intensives.

  • Rates start at $190 per 50-minutes. $285 for an hour and 20 minutes. Specialized rates (for intensives) will be increasing in the fall of 2026.

  • Specialized trauma-specific psychotherapy sessions are offered by a clinician with advanced training in EMDR and/or Internal Family Systems (IFS).

  • Your system may be drawn to Attachment-Focused Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (AF-EMDR); a modified EMDR model carefully developed for individuals with insecure attachment systems. The modified model flows more gently than the standard model.

  • Alternatively, your system may need the pace and care of IFS (Kristen is IFS Institute Trained, Level 1).

  • Most often, our systems respond beautifully to the Integrated EMDR + IFS Model. IFS helps us get into relationship with our inner system.
EMDR helps the brain update. AF-EMDR + IFS forms the corrective and reparative relational experience your wounded parts have been waiting for.

  • Danielle is accepting EMDR clients for regular attending clients. Kristen is accepting clients for Therapy Intensives only (booking November).

Come as you are. All of your parts are welcome here.
